I am not sure why it instructs you to put it on from feet to top; I did not. Fits like a glove and the compression is awesome. I got a 3X, I am 250 pounds and carry my weight around the middle, so it did give me some shape, which I loved.

This shapewear does exactly what it says it’s supposed to do. It snatched me in and held the girls in place with no bra! I’m a 40 DDD for reference.
